Local excavating contractor company is seeking a motivated Office Assistant on their 1st shift!
Office Assistant Job Duties:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Scheduling
  • Quoting
  • Organize files and scan documents
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

Office Assistant Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role preferred
  • Strong customer service skills

Office Assistant Additional Information:

  • 8:30am-5pm
  • Pay: $19.00/hour
