Area property management company seeks an experienced Property Maintenance Technician.

Property Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Maintain a local apartment complex, office building, parking garage, as well as the common grounds
• Perform minor repairs and routine carpentry work (painting, changing locks/ light bulbs, patching drywall, fixing loose cabinetry)
• Removal of trash
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Vacuuming
• Routine landscaping duties in and around the grounds of the property

Property Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role
• Reliable transportation
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Mechanically inclined
• Able to work independently and with a team

Property Maintenance Technician Shift:

• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday through Friday
