Parts Coordinator/Order Processor (Agawam, MA)

Local manufacturing company is seeking a motivated Order Processor/Parts Coordinator on their 1st shift!

Parts Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Prepare customer quotes
  • Review and verify orders & customer information
  • Data entry
  • Track deliveries
  • Order Processing
  • Coordinate shipping
  • Answering and logging calls
  • Provide other general administrative support

Parts Coordinator Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Minimum 2 years office experience
  • Must be able to operate a multiline phone
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong math skills
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively

Parts Coordinator Shifts Available:

  • 8am-5pm
  • Pay: $17.00/hour
