Local manufacturing company looking to add an office assistant to their team!

Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Using Word, Excel, data entry, emailing
  • administrative duties such as handling paperwork, typing job orders, certifications and completed jobs.
  • Prepare and scan weekly invoices and certifications
  • Previous aerospace experience/industry is a plus!

Administrative Assistant Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30-5pm

Administrative Assistant Benefits:

  • Pay: $18.00/hour DOE
