A local wire manufacturer is looking for Machine Operators on 2nd & 3rd shift! These positions range from entry level to experienced.

2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm

3rd Shift: 11pm-7am

Extrusion Operator (2nd & 3rd Shift):

Work from orders, requisitions, various sized wires to properly mix various components and chemicals to obtain and maintain stability with regard to footage, lengths, wall thickness, proper die and leader sizes, Work in BPCS system.

Braid Machine Operator (3rd Shift):

Work from orders, special customer requirements, requisitions, verbal instructions as to type of wire gauge and number of ends, number of picks or crossovers per inch; footage required on order and footage delivered from previous operations; meet schedules, work in BPCS system.

Twist Machine Operator (3rd Shift):

Perform required operations connected with twisting groups of insulated wires together to make cable or cord and binding with tape or foil and sintering tapewrap wire. Cross-train in other production areas as necessary to meet specific business needs.

E-beam Machine Operator (3rd Shift):

Perform required operations connected with twisting groups of insulated wires together to make cable or cord and binding with tape or foil and sintering tapewrap wire. Cross-train in other production areas as necessary to meet specific business needs.

Multi Wire Draw Operator (2nd & 3rd Shift):

Operator will set up and operate a battery of machines to draw and bunch copper wire to specified small diameters and number of ends, patterns and specified quality standards.

Print Stripe Operator (3rd Shift):

Individuals will be responsible to perform required operations to properly apply colored stripe, print & dye to lengths of wire & cable.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

• High School Diploma
