Busy Deerfield area restaurant is seeking experienced Kitchen Help for various services. The ideal candidate will have proven commercial kitchen or cooking experience, including experience as a dishwasher, line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook. Responsibilities will include setting up and stocking stations with necessary supplies, preparing food for service in cooperation with entire kitchen staff, as well as sanitation and maintenance of the work space. Culinary and/or ServSafe certification is preferred. An understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures is desired.
