Part-Time Receptionist
Job description
Local manufacturing company is seeking a motivated Receptionist on their 1st shift!
Receptionist Job Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Welcome visitors and answer any questions visitors have
- Maintain reception area in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including fax, copier, scanner, and computer
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
- Organize files and scan documents
- Receive and record deliveries
- Take inventory of office supplies and restock as needed
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
Receptionist Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role preferred
- Must be able to operate a multiline phone
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Punctuality with strong attendance
Receptionist Shifts Available:
- PT shift
- Pay: $17.50/hour
