Part-Time Receptionist

Local manufacturing company is seeking a motivated Receptionist on their 1st shift!

Receptionist Job Duties:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Welcome visitors and answer any questions visitors have
  • Maintain reception area in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including fax, copier, scanner, and computer
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
  • Organize files and scan documents
  • Receive and record deliveries
  • Take inventory of office supplies and restock as needed
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

Receptionist Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role preferred
  • Must be able to operate a multiline phone
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Punctuality with strong attendance

Receptionist Shifts Available:

  • PT shift
  • Pay: $17.50/hour
