Local equipment supplier out of Windsor, CT seeks an experienced Service Coordinator on their 1st shift. This is a full time opportunity with room for growth!
Job Duties Include:
- Answer service department phones
- Screen and prioritize calls
- Maintain call logs
- Dispatches and supports Service Technicians
- Manage, schedule, coordinate and dispatch to Field Service
- Supports parts acquisition, warranty claims and mail
- Generate time and material quotes
- Data entry
- Assist customers
- Schedule other relative activities
- Must have full time availability
- Must have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Must have strong customer service and phone skills
- Must be able to multitask and stay organized
- High School Diploma/ GED is required
- Previous dispatch experience is a plus!
Salary: $18.00 to $20.00/hour
