Service Coordinator/Dispatcher (Windsor, CT)

Local equipment supplier out of Windsor, CT seeks an experienced Service Coordinator on their 1st shift. This is a full time opportunity with room for growth!

Job Duties Include:

  • Answer service department phones
  • Screen and prioritize calls
  • Maintain call logs
  • Dispatches and supports Service Technicians
  • Manage, schedule, coordinate and dispatch to Field Service
  • Supports parts acquisition, warranty claims and mail
  • Generate time and material quotes
  • Data entry
  • Assist customers
  • Schedule other relative activities

Job Requirements:

  • Must have full time availability
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Must have strong customer service and phone skills
  • Must be able to multitask and stay organized
  • High School Diploma/ GED is required
  • Previous dispatch experience is a plus!

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00/hour
