Customer Service Representative (Greenfield, MA)
Reliable Temps is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator in the Greenfield area! This position offers customer service to customers by incoming calls and service requests.
Schedule: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Pay Rate: $19-20/hr
Job Functions:
- Receiving incoming phone calls.
- Entering service tickets.
- Order parts from PQM when necessary.
- Coordinating shipping of parts to outside locations.
- Creating Pick-up tickets.
- Entering labor and parts order for payments received.
- Set up of customer numbers.
- Coordinating credits from Corporate.
- Interfaces with specialist from customer support.
- Assist sales with customer service.
Qualifications/Abilities:
- Understanding of customer service module for scheduling calls passed to them by the coordinators.
- Understanding of the warranty process for warranty reorders in PQM.
- Understanding of inventory, locations, and parts tracking for keeping the technicians supplied for appointments.
- Ability to determine whether a customer is completed or in need of future services and can perform follow through with reordering of necessary parts.
- Ability to use Word and Excel.
- Ability to evaluate each technician’s route for efficiency.
- Requires strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multi task and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
