Sales Support Specialist
Job description
Agawam company currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to add to their team! Previous experience working in a manufacturing or distribution industry preferred. This position will report to the Sales Manager and will provide customer service and support to Account Manager. Full time, on site, temp-hire opportunity! 1st shift: 7:30am-5pm Monday through Friday.
Duties include:
-Executing daily order processing using ERP and Auto Quotes
-Handle company orders and audit policies to develop and maintain knowledge of resources, products and pricing structures.
-Process and route orders for scheduling, shipping/receiving, dealing with terms, pricing, conditions of sales, timing and ordering shipments/instructions.
-Must communicate both written and verbally to customer to report any delays, issues or shipping updates.
-Preparing customer quotes, requests while assuring customer satisfaction
Full time opportunity, 7:30am-5pm. Pay is between $20-22 depending on experience.
