Employee at Will
Please read the following statements for they constitute the conditions under which you would be accepted for employment.
I certify that all information that I have provided on this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that falsification, misrepresentations or omission of facts called for in this application may result in denial of employment or immediate dismissal.
I give Reliable Temps Inc. permission to investigate pertinent information concerning my application in order to determine my qualifications for employment. I understand that any offer of employment may be rescinded if the results of the investigation are unacceptable to the company.
I understand that if I am employed by Reliable Temps Inc. my employment is for no definite term and that I can be terminated at any time without notice and without cause. I further understand that no verbal promises or guarantees are binding on Reliable Temps Inc. and that no one, other than the President of the Company, has the authority to enter into an agreement for employment contrary to the above, and that any such agreement must be in writing. If employed I agree to abide by all of Reliable Temps Inc.’s rules and regulations, and any changes thereto.
I understand that if accepted for employment with Reliable Temps Inc. I will be working for you on your payroll at your client’s premises.
I agree that I will obtain your permission before discussing permanent employment with your client. Employees of Reliable Temps Inc. are required to meet a minimum of 480 hours on Reliable Temps Inc. payroll before they can be hired permanently by the client, unless the client makes other arrangements with Reliable Temps Inc. Failure to adhere to this policy could result in legal action.
I further understand that I must contact Reliable Temps Inc. upon completion of my assignment. Failure to contact Reliable Temps Inc. for reassignment before a claim for unemployment is filed will result in denial of unemployed benefits.
Pre-Employment Drug Screen
If hired by Reliable Temps Inc. I may be required as a condition of employment to submit to a pre-employment drug screen to be administered by Reliable Temps Inc. and or the Client Company at which I am assigned to work. I give consent to Reliable Temps Inc. and or the Client Company at which I am assigned to work, that the results of my pre-employment drug screen can be released to either party. I also understand that a positive test result will result in termination of employment with Reliable Temps Inc. and its Client Companies.
