Busy Deerfield area restaurant is seeking experienced Line Cooks for various services. We pride ourselves on serving locally sourced ingredients through our made from scratch menus. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook; as well as an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, setting up and stocking stations with necessary supplies, preparing food for service in cooperation with entire kitchen staff, as well as sanitation and maintenance of work space.
