General Administrative Assistant (Agawam, MA)

Local manufacturing company seeks a motivated General Administrative Assistant. Candidates will be responsible for supporting inventory records, purchasing and customer service record maintenance. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Access, and Excel. The ideal candidate will have good organization skills and basic math skills. Additional duties to include assisting with phones, scanning and filing. Must be able to multitask, be able to take direction and assist others in other departments as needed. Will train on the company software (ERP system).
