A National CNC Tooling & Accessory manufacturer and distributor is looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative. Candidates should have at least a minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Service related position. Ideal candidates will have previous experience with incoming and outgoing phones, data entry including entering quotes and work orders, basic up to date computer knowledge, following up on quotes and communicating with clients/outside vendors. Candidates must be able to pay attention to detail, work with a team and have exceptional customer service skills. Knowledge of cutting tools for CNC Machining is a plus but not required! Must be open to learn!
