Customer Service Representative (Chicopee, MA)

Area manufacturing company seeks experienced Customer Service Representative to assist with inside sales duties. Candidates will be responsible for processing orders/quotes accurately and responding quickly to all customer requests via email, phone or fax while representing the company as a customer focused, service driven organization. Must be self motivated, detail oriented, organized and able to multitask as needed. Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, hold great decision and problem solving skills and have the ability to use computers to retrieve and/or transform data. Must portray a positive, supportive attitude! Additional Duties to Include: -Processing all incoming Purchase Orders, Requests for Quote in compliance to contractual requirements -Assisting customers with routine questions, documentation requests, and customer complaints -Provide direct support to Shipping Department by providing them with correct paperwork -Participate in growing sales of all products through additional sales/quote follow up -Maintain established customer relationships through telephone, email and fax contact This is a full time position with interviews to begin immediately.
