Area communications company seeks a motivated part time Administrative Assistant. Candidates will be answering phone calls, taking messages, filing, doing data entry and other miscellaneous tasks to help out in the office. At least 1 year of office experience is required. Candidates that have answered multi-telephone lines, experience with Microsoft Excel & Word and can type 40wpm are preferred. Previous QuickBooks experience is a plus! Candidates must be able to take direction and work independently in a fast paced office.
